Even though Blossom the tiny kitten has faced tough times at the start of her life, her resilient spirit shines through. Recently, she melted the heart of her foster mother, Lauren Boutz, with a precious thank-you smile that just had to be captured on camera.
When Boutz shared the photos of the smiling Blossom online, the internet couldn’t help but be swept up in the kitten’s joy. The pictures quickly went viral, receiving over 72K likes and over 217K shares on Facebook, spreading love and happiness far and wide.
“I foster kittens for the City of Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department,” Lauren explained. The adorable felines in the photos are her Powerpurr Girls: Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, who are currently 5 weeks old.
